What´s the solution?

Budapest Airport got its Investors in People accreditation in 2015. This award proves that it was worthwhile investing in our training system. Supporting the continuous development of employees is part of our corporate culture, so our HR systems are being developed in a way that contributes to this aim.

In practice, personal development plans are continuously created for our managers and office workers, in which we measure what other skills and competences need to be improved, besides technical training. Employee expectations are constantly increasing to enhancing competencies in a high-quality way which contributes to their personal development.

Accordingly, we have created a training portfolio which contains previously used and effective programmes and solutions for acquiring soft skills and competences. Managers can easily choose the proper training program from the portfolio, but they can also turn to specialists at the HR department.

Increasing management consciousness is a key success factor, as well as making development the focus.

Business connection

The training and development programs not only contribute to creating knowledge, but also to increasing the motivation and the commitment of colleagues.

Since the beginning of the first training, interest in our program has persistently increased, and based on feedback, the portfolio has been broadened with newer and newer components. Today participating in the training is considered a prestigious opportunity, which most probably has a direct impact on the turnover of the workplace.
