Under our sustainability program „Csapoljunk jobb világot„ we aim to create a worldwide working brewery organization, which can keep pace with the changing, challenging beer market and works according the priciples of sustainability.  The key is that employees need to be actively involved in these activities. I think we have to create an inspirational working environment where it is worth to develop, where trust and positive problemsolving skills are the basis of the effective work. In order to achieve this in our every day life, we started working on a performance management system that encourages continuous development.

What´s the solution?

Under our sustainability program „Csapoljunk jobb világot„ we aim to create a worldwide working brewery organization, which can keep pace with the changing, challenging beer market. The precondition for the sustainable functioning is the continuous learning, the conscious expansion of our abilities both in the level of an individual and organization, in order to be able to suit the challenges of the future.

The key of success is the elaboration of an inspiring environment, in which it is worthwhile to improve ourselves, where positive, problemsolving, proprietary attitude, collaboration based trust and efficient work is rewarded. So that the previous behavioural schemes could be found in everyday work, we integrated these in the output expectations at every level of the company, as a part of our output management. Starting from the machine-operators, we evaluate every colleague’s efficiency based on these features.

The root of the progression is the continuous feedback from the co-workers, mainly from the managers. To provide this for the ones, working in the level of production, we introduced the „Morning on the shopfloor” programme, which will be completed with individual coaching. This means, that the leaders walk around every morning in the plant, talk with the co-workers and help improving their competence and behavioural, with personal coaching.

Business connection

Our output management system is continuously developing, so that it can fit the actual challenges, strategies and aims. When talking about the personal expectations, we specify aims every year, not only by the business index-numbers, but also by the expected manner, that can help our sustainable pursuit.

Results

The persistent feedback oriented to the manners and the conversation inspire the personal development, and stimulates the accomplishments. The positive attitude, extra effort and the development is granted, hence the commitment of our workers and the company’s alignment index increases. At company level, this results in a more effective functioning: reducing the short of supplies, increasing the volumen of sold items, improving of the sales department and the customer cooporation.
