EU lobbyist, and labour market, family policy and organizational development specialist. Ms. Uhereczky received her degree in European integration from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration (now: Corvinus University of Budapest). Since 2002, she has been living in Brussels and represents the interests of multiple EU organisations.

She began her carrier at Tempus Public Foundation in Hungary, as coordinator of vocational training programs. In this position she initiated strategic cooperation with several international offices. She worked at multiple places in Brussels, including the EU representation of a Danish regional development agency, at which she was involved in business development, project management and innovation projects. Since 2012, she is director at the Confederation of Family Organisations in the EU (COFACE). She was campaign leader of the ‘Year of Reconciling Work and Family Life in Europe’ initiative in 2014. During the same year, she established “the WorkLife HUB” socially sensitive organisation with a friend (www.worklifehub.eu). The WorkLife HUB aim is to prepare employment for future challenges, support female participation in employment and leadership, and improve and customise childcare services through its podcast series, research, network and analysis. She is regular expert participant of the European Commission and UN working groups. She takes active community role through many projects, she writes blog posts regularly, she holds lectures and organises international conferences and seminars. She works and communicates in English, German and French on native level.
